Brian Mulhall, CFS®, CIS

Brian has been helping shape his clients’ financial futures since 1990. In 1994, he made the decision to open an office in Edwardsville, IL. Brian believes being an independent advisor gives him a unique ability to have a purely client-driven practice. Free of sales quotas and product pushing, he gives his clients impartial advice tailored to each individual and family’s goals based on their wants and needs. He believes in taking the time and effort to educate his clients on their overall financial picture and make sure they are comfortable and content with their decisions.

Brian earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Iowa State University in 1985. He attained his credentials as a Certified Fund Specialist® and certified income specialist through the Institute of Business and Finance. With his strong communication skills and propensity toward logic, it was an easy decision for Brian to devote his life to this career.

Brian is deeply committed to serving his community in many ways. As vice president of the Edwardsville Rotary Club, he has had an active role in the planning and implementation of many projects, including the new playground at Airplane Park. Brian uses his personal planning philosophy of care, confidence, and creation each day. He believes the best way to make the community strong is for everyone to be an active participant in its shaping.

Brian and his wife, Lisa, have made their home in Edwardsville with their two daughters, Taylor and Carlie. Having lived in the area for over 20 years, Brian has had the chance to see Edwardsville flourish with new families, new businesses, and new opportunities.
